Our pour decisions tasting sessions are great fun and the perfect way to get to know each other ahead of your event. The sessions last for approx. 45 minutes to an 1 hour. They are held in our Mambo HQ. Our cocktail mobile bar-n. This is situated on a beautiful farm in Swarkestone, Derbyshire. One of our highly skilled mixologists will be waiting to greet you and take your taste buds on a cocktail journey.
We’ll mix up some classic cocktails, some of your favourite tipples. And if you trust us? We’ll shake up some wild cards we think you’ll enjoy based on our conversation. Creating your bespoke menu is an integral part of event planning and it’s important to get it right.
We’ll talk details – guest numbers. Bar service times. Bar choices. We’ll have questions around delivery and set up. You might leave with more to think about than you arrived with but it’s all part of the planning process and the results of our five star service and seamless deliveries/set ups speak for themselves.
The barn is also full of treasures and props you can add to your booking to make your bar stand out at the event. Get stuck in to bubble blasters, cocktail trees, smokers, there’s even a vespa!
