There are many factors that go into creating a five star service and Mambo have spent years perfecting the formula. Much of the hard work goes on behind the scenes, our office staff and storage staff working hard to ensure everything is as expected ahead of the event. Working with you to create cocktail menus to tempt and triple checking timings and details to ensure everything runs smoothly on the day.

When Mambo arrives we rock up in style. We set up as fast as Road Runner on Red Bull, but we don’t give you wings. We provide Mambo magic and supremely tasty cocktails.

To ensure the five star service is delivered throughout the event we provide you with five star bartenders. Our bartenders are hand picked by management, for both their skill and etiquette, their ability to read a room and adapt to their audience. In many events there will also be bar assistants who take on a supporting role. They can ensure the bar area remains fully stocked and clean, allowing the bar tender to focus on creating the drinks.

Our bartenders thrive off the Mambo magic and keeping your guests entertained and well hydrated. And once the party is over? Well the magic continues and we tidy up before calling it a night.
