Pre Event:

  1. Contact us! Head to our website and check out our mobile bars for hire. Fill out the enquiry form, drop us an email. Give us a call or Whatsapp us. We’ve opened all channels of communication to make it as easy as possible to contact us.
  2. Once we receive your enquiry we’ll get in touch to talk through the details. It’s important your quote matches your expectations. At this point we can check availability for our mobile bars for hire and create a bespoke proposal for your event.
  3. Check over your proposal, make any amendments as required and once it’s perfect hit that ‘accept quote’ button!
  4. Your invoice will generate automatically – once the deposit is paid your event is booked!
  5. Now it’s time for some ‘Pour Decisions‘. Local to us? Make an appointment to visit our HQ (charges apply and appointments are subject to mixologist availability) and spend some time with a mixologist creating your dream menu.
  6. Admin is key with all event planning. Our delivery questionnaire is one of the most important documents we use, so it’s important to fill it out. This allows us to prepare our delivery drivers and anticipate any potential delivery/set up issues that may arise in advance. By doing this we can create solutions where necessary so the day runs as smoothly as possible.
  7. 2 weeks to go! It’s event sign off time. You’ll be sent a copy of your event to confirm before it’s passed to your mixologist team. The details on this sheet will include service times, venue details, guest numbers and menu choices so it’s vital this is correct. This is also the time to pay any outstanding balances.
  8. 1 week to go, delivery times will be agreed with you in the run up to the event.

On The Day:

Your team will arrive at the pre agreed team and commence bar set up. We’ll be prepped and ready to go as soon as the bar opens.

Throughout the event you can expect our five star service as standard. All of our staff are high energy professionals who love what they do and most have previous bar management experience too.

Once the bar closes then clean up commences. The team will clear up and dispose of rubbish (if we’ve provided the drinks then we’ll remove them, if you’ve opted for a dry hire package then rubbish disposal remains the responsibility of the client)
