Valentines Cocktails

Valentines Day is just around the corner ! However you choose to mark (or ignore!) the occasion is entirely up to you.

As it is it falls on a Monday this year – which many people would argue is a good enough reason to drink anyway, no one likes Mondays!

Planning on getting drunk in love or just shaking it like a pornstar? Keep reading for some Valentines cocktail inspiration.

Rossini – Add 25ml of strawberry puree to a flute, top up with prosecco and stir. Garnish with a strawberry.

Show you love them BERRY much by adding a drop of balsamic vinegar to really lift the flavours.

Pornstar Martini – Add 40ml vodka, 15ml passoa, 10ml lime juice, 10ml vanilla syrup, 25ml passionfruit puree & 25ml orange juice into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a quarter of a passion fruit and a shot of prosecco.

Raise the passion pornstar style by switching the vanilla syrup for jalapeno syrup and create the Hot Pornstar.

Chanelling your inner Carrie Bradshaw? The classic Cosmo never fails to disappoint: Shake 30ml of vodka, 30ml of triple sec, 45ml cranberry juice & 15ml lime juice with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of orange peel.
