There are a wide variety of event packages available at Mambo. We can also build bespoke ones to get the perfect fit for your ocassion too. Which are our most popular?

All Inclusive Event Packages:

Our all inclusive event package is without a doubt our most popular option. Perfect for those who want to do as little as possible in the run up to their event. Choose your bar style and your menu and leave the rest to us. We’ll supply the staff, the bar, the equipment, the glassware, the stock for the drinks. The ice and even the fruit for the garnishes. We’ll set up the event at the designated time. Serve your guests and then tidy up and take away all of the rubbish too!

Dry Hire Event Packages:

The dry hire event package is a great option for those who may be more budget conscious. It’s also perfect for those who have specific brands in mind for their drinks. In this option we provide the staff, the bar, the equipment, the glassware and a shop list for you. You can then provide the ingredients for the drinks and either supply the ice and fruit yourself or outsource it to us to provide. Spoiler alert – we use *a lot* of ice and most people delegate to it us as no one enjoys a warm cocktail! With this option we’ll tidy up as we leave but the rubbish is yours to dispose of.

Cash Bars:

Interestingly named as they are now cashless. Contactless payments take less time to process meaning bar service is quicker. These bars are the perfect solution for those events where you wish your guests to pay for their own drinks, all we take is a refundable deposit and we set a minimum spend. A fully stocked bar will be provided with a range of spirits,/mixers, beers (bottled as standard but draught is available), wines, soft drinks and a selection of cocktails/mocktails. Staff are provided based on your guest numbers so bar service runs smoothly and we’ll bring all of the ice and everything else you could possibly need. We’ll handle the licensing and we’ll dispose of the rubbish.
