Who are Arctic Cabins?

Arctic Cabins reached out to us last summer. It was time to plan their Garden Room Open Day and they wanted to see how a mixologist could enhance their event.

Arctic Cabins are a family run business based in the Midlands. They have beautiful show sites at Toton in Nottingham and Studley in Warwickshire. The sites contain a vast array of the buildings they can install in your gardens. View BBQ cabins and garden rooms which can be utilised as offices, gyms, bars and anything else you can imagine!

These sustainably made cabins are built in the UK and are a great addition to your outdoor space. Our favourite option? Naturally it’s the Artic Bar! Perfect for year round use with a central BBQ grill. This space is excellent for entertaining family and friends regardless of the Great British Weather!

What did we do?

Arctic Cabins had secured Aldo Zilli to work his magic at a BBQ grill. Catering for clients and passing on hints and tips as a cabin owner himself.

Whilst greeting clients on arrival with a glass of bubbles would have been a nice welcome; Artic Cabins decided to elevate their open day.

Customers (both past, present & future) were invited to site to browse at their leisure and our mixologist was waiting to greet them at the bar. We provided a personalised menu. Created a range of tasty cocktails and mocktails. Demonstrated how to create them like a pro and even offered recommendations for food pairings.

What was the outcome?

Potential customers loved the interaction. The opportunity to engage in the spaces in the way they foresaw using them at home was invaluable. The open event helped build relationships and trust between potential clients and Arctic Cabins and was deemed a success by all who attended.

We were delighted to be invited to their Studley show site earlier this year to celebrate their birthday.
