• An excellent level of communication – our office is open Monday – Friday 9-2.30pm. The admin staff are on hand to answer queries, quote your events and process the necessary paperwork to ensure your event runs smoothly. As this is their only job, emails and calls are answered daily meaning no long wait times for responses for you = less stress. Do you want to book a bar service with someone you’ve had trouble contacting? Probably not.

 

• Master mixologists who are hand-picked by management. All have come from hospitality backgrounds meaning they’re used to running busy bars and will manage your event easily. Less stress for you knowing your guests thirsts will be quenched by capable hands.

 

• The confidence that as a business we hold the required insurances/licenses to operate. Our HQ and storage units are maintained to a high standard and inspected regularly. All of our bars/glassware/equipment are cleaned before and after events as well as in between to keep them in perfect condition.

 

• A back up plan – it’s inevitable that sometimes unfortunately an emergency or illness occurs which would prevent a sole trader from fulfilling their obligations to your event. At Mambo we have access to many bartenders so even last minute changes don’t need to be an issue.
