When a couple get in touch with us about their wedding bar, we know how important is every detail about it, from the look of the bar, scrummy drinks, fun and professional service and many more little details, so the first thing we do is to ask to have a chat over the phone, because we find that emails sometimes create more questions than answers, and then organise a meet up and talk about it better in detail while sipping on one of our delicious cocktail.

As we said above, we don’t want you to lift a finger and we can do it at no cost!

 

So how does it work?

The cash bar package includes:

• Delivery and full bar set up days before to be sure you love it
• Professional and fun bar staff
• Professional cocktail equipment
• Choice of  Wooden or Vintage bars to suit your wedding style and venue or upgrade to LED or Portabar
• Menu design and consultation
• Posh plastic with proper glassware option upgrade
• Fully stocked bar.
• Support to help you with all your enquiries from day one through the big day

• Based on a minimum spend of £3000 for the first 100 guest and then £10 extra per each guest added.

To book, you need simply to pay a fully refundable £1000 deposit, if the minimum spend is short we will take the shortage from  the deposit, worst to worst you would have paid only the deposit, not a penny more, sounds good right?

 

Do you think the minimum tab might be too high?

• Pre buy drinks and we’ll take the total amount of the total minimum tab to make it even easier to reach.
• Even better, if we provide arrival drink, wine and water for the table there will be not tab, you just pay for the drinks and no need to worry about the minimum tab! And with it you get also lots of benefits included, such as: refrigeration, disposal of bottles, free glass hire, free service and no minimum spend.

Do you want to provide your own drinks and just hire and want us to provide service?

Sure, not a problem, let us know what you would like to hire, from glassware to bars, staff, equipment, ice, and anything else in between.

You can also provide your drinks in the day and then we can open a cash bar in the evening, we can provide lots of different solutions to make sure you get exactly what you want on your big day.

 

How much are the drinks prices?

Drink prices are in line with average bars, contact us for a current price list

Draught beer?

Yes we have draught beer as well, choose your lager on draught or keg of real ale and we will sell it on the day, if there is any left we will ask you to refund us at COST PRICE not sale price of the beer that is left as it will be wasted.

We work in partnership with Freedom Brewery  and serve all their beers on draught and bottles, but we can also offer mainstream labels.

Real ale? Cider?

Yes we can serve barrels of bright real ale of your choice for your wedding day,  if there is any left on the night we will ask you to refund us at COST PRICE not sale price of the beer that is left as it will be wasted.

Freedom also have a Pale Ale on tap which is super scrummy to say the least.

Cider wise we love the Westons Wyld Wood organic still served from a box.

Real ale we work in partnership with Derventio Brewery in Derby and Charnwood Brewery in Leicestershire.

Coffee…

if you like hot drinks, black and white coffee  or a cuppa of tea, we can also do that, guest love a coffee especially when is late night and they will never expect to find one, we will serve it! With a smile 🙂

Would you like us to serve your drinks?

Of course, I don’t see why not, let us know how many staff and for how long and we can sort it.

 

Would you like a cash bar but would like to hire coolers, ice buckets, ice and glassware for the table?

Yep we can do it.

What do we need on the day?

Something over the head in case it rains, something on the floor to keep the bar straight, 1 electric plug and a water tap, let us know if you miss any of the above and we’ll find a solution.
