here you are the second of our 60 seconds cocktails video from Mambo Mobile bars, how to mix drinks simplified, because an uber scrummy cocktail doesn’t have to be complicated to make.

The cocktail is the classic Mojito without sugar like Hemingway was used to love drinking.

In a tall tumbler:

2-3 mint sprigs // Pour 70 ml soda water // Juice one lime // muddle muddle // fill the glass with crushed ice // pour 50 ml of white rum // stir stir // sugar to taste // Garnish with mint sprig.
