The Rossini is a very simple cocktail, normally known as strawberry Bellini, with a Balsamic Vinegar twist….

In a large glass:

Put 3 chopped strawberries // dash Balsamic vinegar // Dash Prosecco // muddle muddle // more Prosecco // strain through strainer in a glass // press the pulp for more juice // garnish with a strawberry.
