We have corkage Policy in place based on £10 per person, allows you to supply the drinks for your daytime drinks, this is your Drinks Reception and The Wedding Breakfast. In line with our ‘no hidden extras’ .We will ask you to deliver your drinks the day before wedding day along with your other decor items. We will then chill your drinks overnight and on your big day our experienced catering staff will serve it to perfection, all glassware is also included. If there are any of your supplied drinks left over after the no corkage period ends, these will be stored safely stored and can be collected the following day.
This takes place straight after the ceremony and typically lasts around an hour and a half. Your guests will mingle and enjoy a drink in the beautiful surroundings while photographs are taken. We would suggest you opt for classics packages above with fizz.
We would suggest you provide half a bottle of wine per person throughout your wedding breakfast with a glass of something fizzy for the toasts. In addition, our catering staff will provide large jugs of fresh tap water or put out any bottles of sparkling water you may have supplied.
Our friendly bar serving staff will ensure a steady flow of wine to your guests’ tables throughout the meal, after which our team will opens and any unopened leftover drinks are stored away for collection at a later date. Should you wish to make drinks free to your guests after this period ends you are welcome to put a tab behind the bar.
Absolutely, we love it when couples get creative with their drink offerings. Your beer supplier will be able to access the venue from 10.30 am on the day of your wedding to set up the kegs ready for the drinks reception. Note that if you like this option and have draught beer bar equipment to serve your drinks, please request a quote for bar equipment hire.

Unfortunately we cannot allow spirits on the tables as it’s part of our policy to promote responsible drinking. Should you wish to have spirits and mixers available throughout the wedding breakfast we would recommend opening up the bar earlier. There is a surcharge for this option and the details of which can be discussed with Mambo Mobile bars.
This is no problem at all. We can allow miniature spirits or standard size bottles of beer. For any clarification on the above please do get in touch with Mambo Mobile Bars.
Our Corkage Period begins after the Ceremony and ends after your Wedding Breakfast or Speeches depending on which way around you choose to do things. Your leftover drinks, should there be any left, will be stored away for you to collect the following day and further drinks will then be served and purchased from The Norton Fields Pay Bar. The cash bar will open no later then 6.30 pm and by then all free drink will be removed and stored.
Children up to age of 12 will not be charged for corkage, 12+ children are charged £5 each.
As your corkage begins after the ceremony, we will be serving your drinks throughout the wedding breakfast but we are unable to serve drinks/alcohol from the main bar. We have Kilner jar dispensers which you can hire and fill with iced water and this is available throughout the day. We will also serve a small selection of your soft drinks that you may have provided before the ceremony.
Yes it is indeed, water, wine and flutes, and non basic glassware for the reception, other glassware is also available at a surcharge.

Yes absolutely, jugs of water will be on tables and refill from our team for you and your sparkling water if you have provided the stock.
Yes of course, we will organise a day with the Caterer as well at Norton Fields and you will be able to come round and chat with us and taste our delicious drinks 🙂

Upon drop off we’ll store, label your drinks all ready for service.
Fully stocked with a selection of beers, spirits & soft drinks, including premium draught beers and wines, our bar is sure to have to the perfect tipple for you and your guests.
The bar also offers a choice of wines & fizz which can be purchased by the glass or bottle. The Norton Fields Bar is stocked and staffed by our partner Mambo Mobile Bars and is open from the end of your wedding breakfast meal until midnight.
House spirits such as Smirnoff, Gordons, Jack Daniels, Captain Morgan and many more. We also offer premium and super premium drinks. Premium such as such as Absolut or Super premium like Belvedere vodka will be available.
Beer wise we are planning to have on tap Freedom Four lager, Freedom IPA and Orchard Pig reveller cider. Other brands available by the bottle or can such as Guinness, Brewdog Punk IPA, Budvar, Peroni and more…
Also we have a wine selection with Chilean Merlot and Sauvignon Blanc as house wines, and also Chianti, Malbec, Rioja, Rose Merlot, Chablis, Riesling, NZ Sauvignon Blanc and more.
We might be able to provide other products that are not on our menu but that might be a surcharge for this service.
Once in The Bar Area your guests will be transported to our unique relaxed style surroundings and can relax in one of our beautiful vintage Chesterfield sofas to reminisce about your day over their favourite tipple. We try to keep our bar prices in line with the local bars and as we’re in the Midlands that often means that guests up from London think we’ve added up wrong! Ask for the menu for more details!
The pay bar facility opens at the end of your Wedding Breakfast/speeches, typically 6.30pm and closes at Midnight. We’ll call last order around 11.45pm. If you choose an all inclusive package the bar will open from your arrival at the venue.
Yes, with prior arrangement the bar can be made available throughout the day even if you brought your own drinks. There is a surcharge for this option and the details of which can be discussed with Mambo Bars.
Yes, we accept both cash and card payments.
Yes, there are a few options here. You can decide to make the bar free to your guests all evening or alternatively put a spend limit on it.
You can also choose to specify what drinks are part of the free bar e.g. everything except double measures and large bottles of wine/fizz. Just speak to your Event Manager or the bar staff on the day.
Please Note: Unless specified the bar open as a standard pay bar and all tabs must be settled on the night of the wedding.
Yes absolutely, and this is recommended. Suppliers such as your band or photographer may get a little thirsty during the evening so setting up a tab is the best way to make sure your suppliers are kept refreshed. You can always put a spend limit on this too, just speak to your Event Manager or the bar staff on the day.
Please Note: All tabs must be settled on the night of the wedding.
As always, we want to do our best to make sure you have the best day ever and put your stamp on the venue. There could be the possibility to buy in specialist spirits to stock behind the bar however there may be a surcharge for this for this option and the details of which can be discussed with Mambo.
If you like to provide your own drinks normally the cash bar would open 6.30 pm when all your drinks are removed, but if you like you can have the cash bar open earlier at a surcharge, please get in touch with mambo.
The Norton Fields bar is to be used solely to sell our own products as a cash or prepaid bar.
